Major General Dinh Huu Phuong announced decision of appointing Colonel, Assoc.Prof. Dr Nguyen Thien Phu |
On September 30th, 2011, entrusted by the MoPS’s leadership, Major General Dinh Huu Phuong, the Central Committee Member, Deputy Head of the Public Security Force Building General Bureau announced the Minister of Public Security’s decision of appointing Colonel, Assoc.Prof. Dr Nguyen Thien Phu to Deputy Director of PPA.
At the ceremony, Major General Dinh Huu Phuong gave the decision and entrusted the task for comrade Nguyen Thien Phu. After thanking for interest of
the Central Party Committee of the Public Security, the Public Security Force Building General Bureau, especially care of the PPA’s Party Committee and Director Board as well as the academy’s leaders, lectures, Mr Phu committed he will strive and self-improve quality and morality, sense of responsibility to lead the PPA fulfill excellently assigned-tasks of education and training.

He also hoped the PPA will continue to care and support him, help him to complete assigned-task at his new position.
Decision of appointing Mr Phu to Deputy Director of the PPA will contribute to enhancing and reinforcing strength for the PPA, which help the PPA innovate and develop in new period, to build up the PPA into the key university of the branch and the nation.
