Deputy Minister of Public Security Pham Quy Ngo spoke at the working session |
On August 24th, 2011, a delegation of Ministry of Public Security (MPS) led by the Lieutenant-General Pham Quy Ngo, members of Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee (CPVCC), Deputy Minister of Public Security visited and worked with the PPA.
At the working session, Deputy Minister Ngo and members of the delegation listened a report of Major General.Prof.Dr Nguyen Xuan Yem, Director of the PPA on process of PPA construction and development in 43 years and his opinions to develop the academy in the coming time.

After listening the report and speeches of delegates, Deputy Minister Ngo praised the PPA’s spirit of overcoming difficulties to build and develop the academy as now, and praised the general bureaus and related units who have made favorable conditions and helped the academy train teachers and build material facilities.
He asked in the coming time, the PPA as well as the general bureaus and the functional units need to implement seriously Regulation of the Party on renovating education and training duty, pay much attention to training teachers, and enhancing continuously quality of education and science research so as to contribute to preventing and battling crime in new situation.
At the meeting, he also asked to set up a plan to implement effectively the project ratified by Prime Minister on building and developing police schools including building up the PPA and the Academy of People Security into the key university. |
