Implementing cooperative Agreement on education between the Vietnam Ministry of Public Security and the Laos Ministry of Security in 2011, on September 19th, the PPA held an opening ceremony of the leader further training course for Laos Ministry of Security.
Attending the ceremony were Major General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Canh, Deputy Director of the PPA, leader of the Department of Education (under Ministry of Public Security), together with 15 students of the course.
The course lasts for three months, focusing on two basic knowledge groups (divided into 24 topics) including: special subjects on politics, law, leadership scientific psychology and professional knowledge of anti-crime.
The course will enhance knowledge of law and professional skills of anti-crime for Laos senior officials as well as strengthen specially cooperative relationship between Viet Nam and Laos.
